The fine print, in plain English
What is commissionable?
Monthly recurring integration fees — your client's ERP connection and sales-channel integrations — paid in full. Once-off setup fees and add-ons such as support retainers, sales agents or contract pricing are excluded.
Do I need technical skills?
No. Storehub handles setup, training, handover and ongoing support. Knowing that your client runs Sage, Xero or IQ Retail and sells (or wants to sell) online is enough.
How and when am I paid?
We advise you of commission earned by the 25th of each month. Send us a tax invoice by the 3rd of the following month and we pay by EFT before the 10th. Unclaimed commission can be caught up for the most recent three months.
Is the agreement exclusive?
No — it's non-exclusive for both parties, and either party can end it with 30 days' written notice. Commission already earned is still paid.
